Tony Tran is the Program Manager of the MIT Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research. He has been at MIT for over 12 years, working directly with CEEPR since 2013, and before then with CEEPR’s partners at the MIT Joint Program on the Science and Policy of Global Change. At CEEPR, he is responsible for facilitating the daily operations of the Center, including budgeting and financial accounting. He manages the Center’s website design and content, as well as coordinates the production of CEEPR’s output from faculty research, such as the Working Paper Series, the semi-annual newsletter, and other major reports.

He is also responsible for the logistics of CEEPR’s various major events, both physical and virtual, and has overseen the organization of over 25 conferences of 100+ participants both in the US and internationally. He has extensive experience working with students, faculty, research staff, and external industrial and governmental organizations and acts as an administrative link for CEEPR’s leadership with other partnering units across the Institute.
