Shereein Saraf is interested in the research fields of development, labor, and energy economics. She completed her undergraduate studies in Economics at Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi and Masters in International and Development Economics from Yale University.
Before coming to MIT Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research, she has worked on a portfolio of research projects ranging from women’s economic empowerment through digital financial inclusion to conducting time-series econometric analysis using 700 years of real interest rate data.
