Lance Cu Pangilinan is a Research Associate at at CEEPR with a principal interest in the distributional impacts of climate change on location choice for both consumers and firms. He holds an M.A. in International & Development Economics from Yale University and a B.A. in Economics (Honors) from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Before joining CEEPR, he assisted research on spatial models, production networks, and machine learning methods, and supported policy analysis at the Philippines’ Department of Finance, including work on public-private partnership evaluations and macro-evaluation of the Philippine economy.
