Diana Degnan works with Director Christopher Knittel and Deputy Director Dr. Michael Mehling to ensure that cutting-edge research and energy and environmental economics and policy produced by CEEPR faculty affiliates and research staff is made operational to the wider policy world. Diana’s focus is in producing non-technical research briefs on CEEPR’s Working Papers, the purpose of which is to summarize the main research insights and practical implications of advanced climate, energy, and environmental economics research for publication. In addition, Diana assists with various ongoing research products, such as mapping the historical evolution of electricity transmission grid liberalization in the United States and updating a global database of climate framework legislation. Diana is from Connecticut and is currently an Undergraduate student at MIT studying Political Science and Economics.
