Madeline Cohen serves as a Graduate Research Assistant at the MIT Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research and is currently pursuing an S.M. in Technology and Policy. Working with Professor Christopher Knittel and Executive Director Joshua Hodge, her research examines the effects of climate change on consumers, including impacts on insurance, public health, energy infrastructure, and energy costs.
Prior to MIT, Madeline held several roles at the EFI Foundation, contributing to research and education efforts to enhance clean energy investment and deployment, with a particular focus on scaling nuclear energy. She holds a B.A. in Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
