Maximilian Blaschke focuses on renewable energy integration and sustainable transport. With interdisciplinary approaches from economic and accounting perspectives, he questions political regulation and incentive mechanisms to uncover ways of more efficient policy measures for the transition to sustainable alternatives in electricity and mobility. His recent research investigates incentivization mechanisms for residential demand response, subsidy efficacy considering carbon emissions of electric vehicles, and the related costs to ensure grid stability in future mobility scenarios.
Dr. Blaschke received his doctoral degree (summa cum laude) from the TUM School of Management, Munich, Germany. He conducts research at the TUM Center for Energy Markets and teaches at the Chair of Management Accounting.
